At NEMOSN, each personalized piece is carefully prepared and crafted to ensure the highest quality. Because many of our products are engraved and made to order, shipping includes both processing time and delivery time.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

Personalized and engraved items require additional preparation time to ensure accuracy and quality.

Processing time includes:

  • Engraving and personalization

  • Quality inspection

  • Packaging

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


2. Shipping Time (United States)

After processing, estimated delivery time is:

3–7 business days

Total estimated delivery time:
5–12 business days (processing + shipping)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges.

NEMOSN is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.


6. Delayed or Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs delays

  • Incorrect shipping information

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.


7. Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows your order was delivered but you have not received it:

NEMOSN is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
