NEMOSN Return & Refund Policy

At NEMOSN, every piece is created with care and meaning. Because many of our products are personalized and engraved specifically for you, our return policy differs slightly from standard retail products.

Please review the policy below.


1. Personalized & Engraved Items (Important)

All engraved and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

However, we will gladly offer a replacement if:

  • There is a spelling error caused by NEMOSN, or

  • The engraving does not match the information provided in your order

To request a correction, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product.

If the error was made by the customer during ordering, we cannot offer a free replacement. However, we may offer a replacement at a discounted rate.


2. Non-Personalized Items

Non-engraved, non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in original condition

  • The item is in original packaging

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of the packaging

We will replace the item at no cost to you.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace a non-personalized item, please return the original item and place a new order.

For engraved items, see Section 1 above.


5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


6. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After this period, production may have already started, and cancellation may not be possible, especially for engraved items.
